Please be advised that, in the event your vehicle is deemed a total loss, various fees will apply.

 

Complimentary estimates are provided only if the vehicle is repaired by SimpleDimple.

In the event that my vehicle is deemed a total loss, I hereby expressly authorize Simple Dimple, LLC to submit and collect from my insurance provider or from myself, as applicable, the following fees: (a) a one-time administrative fee in the amount of $500; (b) a one-time estimate fee in the amount of $250; (c) a one-time vehicle markup and photo documentation fee in the amount of $175; (d) a daily storage fee in the amount of $150; (e) a daily lot relocation fee in the amount of $50; (f) a one-time battery jump/tender fee in the amount of $150; (g) a gate fee in the amount of $450; and (h) a daily rental fee in the amount of $75. I acknowledge and agree that all such charges, as applicable, shall be due and payable in full prior to release of my vehicle. I further acknowledge that release of my vehicle shall be strictly contingent upon Simple Dimple, LLC’s receipt of verifiable proof of payment for all applicable charges as stated herein. I understand and agree that these charges may be subject to modification at any time without prior notice.
